Hybrid Lead AI/ML Platform Engineer

Aily Labs GmbH is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer in the Philippines to build robust AI/ML systems for its decision intelligence platform. You will design, build, and manage AI/ML infrastructure while leading a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of AI/ML engineering experience and a strong collaborative spirit, working alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers.

This permanent position offers a hybrid work policy, requiring 2 days a week in the office.
