Hybrid Human Capital Coordinator

Oliver Wyman in Mexico City is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator to provide support to our US-based Human Capital team. This role is critical in coordinating recruitment logistics, maintaining employee files, and facilitating talent development initiatives. The selected candidate will need to work in the Mexico City office at least two days a week.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of administrative experience and strong communication skills. This position offers exposure to various human capital activities and the opportunity to focus on key responsibilities daily.
