Job Overview
This role provides hands‑on technical field service support for DePuy Synthes’ orthopedic solutions while partnering closely with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure successful installation, operation, and optimization of medical devices in customer environments. The Hybrid Engineer plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, product reliability, and revenue enablement, serving as a technical expert during installations, upgrades, and post‑sale support activities.
Key Responsibilities
