This position involves auditing municipal contracts and resolving noncompliance issues effectively. At least five years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration are required. You will work alongside District Managers and Legal staff to formulate, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all regulations are met to promote service integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits of municipal contracts for compliance
• Address noncompliance issues with District Managers
• Formulate and negotiate municipal contracts and agreements
• Resolve inquiries regarding contract discrepancies
