Elevate coaching with EZRA as a Coach Network Manager in Toronto. This hybrid position involves managing a coach community, ensuring success for customer programs while maintaining performance standards.
In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will report directly to the Regional VP. You’ll take ownership of a segmented coach bench, partnering with Customer Success Managers to ensure coaches are well-prepared. This role requires a balance of quick decision-making, autonomous operation, and the ability to influence others for optimal outcomes.
