Hybrid BIM Digital Engineer - 3D/4D Modeling & Coordination

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Engineer to join their team in Ortigas, Pasig City. This position is hybrid and involves managing 3D and 4D BIM models throughout project stages, including modular formwork modelling and concrete pour sequencing.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with over 2 years of experience in Digital Engineering and proficiency in BIM platforms such as Revit and Navisworks.

Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes.
