Hybrid Ai Knowledge Platform Lead

Banco Santander seeks a Knowledge Platform Lead to define and drive the strategy for the Savings & Investments Knowledge Platform across regions. You will shape data, metadata, and semantic models, and design AI-native architectures using KBs, RAG, embeddings, and LLMs.

You will coordinate global deployments on AWS and lead change management with a focus on measurable adoption and value. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in enterprise data/AI initiatives, strong EA/DA background, and fluency in
