Duties and Responsibilities
- HVAC technician duties and responsibilities involve maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting Air Makeup, Exhaust, Heating, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning, and Chilled Water Systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Work with outside vendors, engineers, and consultants on project-related or affecting Air Makeup, Exhaust, Heating, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning, and Chilled Water Systems.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions on the systems.
- Perform inspections to identify potential problems before a full breakdown.
