Job Overview
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and strict compliance with safety standards. This role requires robust technical expertise, exceptional diagnostic skills, and the capability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary maintenance team. The primary goal is to maximize equipment reliability, minimize system downtime, and preserve safe, comfortable indoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine and comprehensive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC infrastructure, including chillers, split units, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), ducting networks, and exhaust systems.
