This role is for professionals who can read HVAC plans independently, quantify materials precisely, and deliver clean, reliable takeoffs that estimators can price with confidence.
About the Role
You will review HVAC plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and support bid preparation. Accuracy, speed, and documentation discipline are non-negotiable. This role directly impacts bid competitiveness and project profitability.
