HVAC System Leader

Job Responsibilities

. Perform HVAC cooling and heating load calculations and energy analysis.

. Design HVAC systems, including chilled water, air-side, and VRF/VRV systems.

. Select and size HVAC equipment such as chillers,AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.

. Prepare HVAC design drawings, specifications,and technical documentation.

. Design ductwork and piping systems, includingairflow and hydraulic calculations.

. Conduct airflow analysis, system balancing, andperformance optimization.

. Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural,structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.

. Review shop drawings, material submittals, andvendor technical proposals.

. Support project planning, cost estimation, andbudget control.

. Monitor HVAC installation works and ensurecompliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
