HVAC Product Engineer – NPI & Launch Lead

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Product Engineer to support the development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of HVAC products across their lifecycle.

You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to ensure successful product delivery, providing technical support for NPI activities, engineering changes, validation, and manufacturing readiness. Growth into a Product Engineer role is encouraged.
