NextStar Energy – Maintenance Technician III (HVAC)
The Maintenance Technician III (HVAC) will perform routine operational and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe facility operation.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and overhaul environmental control equipment such as condenser units, pumps, air handlers, heat exchangers, dehumidifiers and other mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to control areas within specifications (35%, 10% and 1% relative humidity zones).
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for environmental control systems.
- Identify parts and material for repairs and maintain refrigerant stock.
