Lead Installer / Lead Installer / Service-Capable HVAC Tech (Residential + Light Commercial)

Solutions HVAC is a local, values-driven company serving homeowners and small businesses across Southwest Washington. We’re looking for a lead installer who can also handle basic service diagnostics and light commercial RTU work when needed.
The role (what you’ll actually be doing)
Primary (most of your time):
- Lead residential installs start-to-finish (furnace/AC, heat pumps, ductless)
- Run the job with a helper, keep quality high, prevent callbacks
- Communicate clearly with customers and keep a clean jobsite
Secondary (as needed):
- Basic service diagnostics and repairs (basic electrical within HVAC scope, basic refrigeration diagnostics, airflow/static pressure awareness)
