We are looking for a skilled HVAC Draftsman with experience in UAE MEP construction projects to prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings and as‑built drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, UAE authority requirements and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Experience in residential, commercial and high‑rise building projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, layout drawings, and installation drawings.
- Develop ducting layouts, chilled water piping, ventilation, exhaust, fresh air, and smoke extraction system drawings.
- Prepare HVAC coordination drawings with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV services.
- Review IFC drawings and prepare shop drawings as per project specifications.
