To prepare accurate and detailed HVAC drawings for construction and coordination based on project specifications, design documents, and site conditions, ensuring alignment with authority regulations and engineering standards.
- Develop HVAC shop drawings, sections, and details based on design drawings and coordination requirements.
- Prepare builders’ work drawings, sleeve layouts, and penetration drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC layouts with other services (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural, and Architectural).
- Incorporate site mark-ups and revise drawings as required by site engineers and consultants.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project.
- Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely submission of drawings to consultants/clients.
