As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an HVAC Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid.
Reporting to the Entity Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our mechanical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the HVAC design team.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the HVAC design team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement,
- Managing HVAC design projects, including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables,
