HVAC Controls Engineer

Report directly to Manager or Project Manager, providing engineering support with overseeing assigned project and contract sites to ensure effective daily operations, customer satisfaction, and performance management.

Responsible for the design, planning, testing, commissioning, software programming, and on‑site supervision of BMS in line with project plans and contract specifications.

Conduct testing and commissioning for BMS, FAS, and Security Systems, including preparation of technical submittals, method statements, compliance documentation, OSE Report and O&M manuals.

Provide after‑service follow up and solutions to maintain customers’ control or BMS system.
