- Drive incremental new business growth across the assigned $1Bn–$5Bn Mid‑Market customer segment.
- Build market awareness and demand for HCLTech services within allocated customer accounts.
- Penetrate assigned customers and industry segments, expanding footprint and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Execute go‑to‑market strategies for the assigned territory, with clear pipeline creation and revenue targets.
- Lead executive‑level engagements, including high‑value discussions with CIOs, Portfolio Directors, and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem and GTM teams, working with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive market momentum and define effective deal motions.
