Human ressources coordinator

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring operational HR activities in support of HR strategy, managers, and employees, with a focus on compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.

• Manage day-to-day HR administration including employee files, hires, transfers, terminations, and data updates;

• Coordinate variable payroll elements, validate related information, and follow up on discrepancies with payroll and benefits services;

• Lead the recruitment process for unionized positions, including job postings, candidate screening, initial qualification, interview coordination, reference checks, and preparation of tools;

• Organize onboarding and integration for new employees and handle associated administrative follow-up;
