Job Description:
Assist in preparing and dispatching offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding documents
Maintain and update new hire records in the HR system
Schedule and support orientation sessions for new employees
Ensure all joining formalities, document collection, form submissions, and compliance checks, are completed accurately and on time
Assist in designing and circulating onboarding feedback forms and surveys
Compile and summarize feedback data from existing employees
Support the HR team in identifying patterns or concerns raised through feedback
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee responses Qualifications:
BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
