We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Specialist to support end-to-end Human Resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR administration, and compliance to ensure effective HR service delivery.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across recruitment channels.
• Prepare job advertisements, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring reports.
• Coordinate offer preparation, employer branding initiatives, and career events.
