About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support a large‑scale, high‑impact operation based in Puebla. This position serves as the strategic HR counterpart to senior leadership, including the Country Manager, the HR Director for Mexico, and executives across multiple sites and countries. The role is responsible for driving the talent, culture, and organizational agenda within a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibility- Act as a strategic adviser to senior leaders (Country Manager, functional directors, and site leadership).
- Design and execute workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies aligned with business.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, restructures, and transformation projects.
