About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partne r to support a large‑scale, high‑impact operation based in Puebla. This position serves as the strategic HR counterpart to senior leadership, including the Country Manager, the HR Director for Mexico, and executives across multiple sites and countries. The role is responsible for driving the talent, culture, and organizational agenda within a complex and dynamic environment

- Design and execute workforce planni ng, talent development, and retention strategies aligned with business
- Lead organizational change initiativ es, restructures, and transformation project
- Oversee labor relatio ns, organizational climate, and compliance with local labor regulation
