OVERVIEW:
Working as an HR Mexico Specialist you will be collaborating with Fastenal management, the Corporate Human Resources department regarding all facets of Human Resource functions.
A high level of independence and self-motivation that will be necessary for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting human resource activities which include on-boarding and exit procedure, labor regulation/policy advice, termination cases
- Working with Corporate Human Resources and employees to address issues or questions arising from loans and credits with Infonavit/Infonacot, deductions, discounts, savings fund program, profit sharing, health and life insurance
