Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team on a 12‑month contract. This role follows a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days onsite and two working remotely each week at their Mississauga office.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration and Data Integrity
- Maintain all employee data in Success Factors with accuracy, including new hires, terminations, status changes, compensation updates, and reporting structure changes.
- Support Payroll Data input by working with internal People & Culture Team to ensure all changes are captured and communicated to Payroll.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps; consolidate employee information from scattered sources into Success Factors as the single source of truth.
