Responsibilities
- Prepares correspondences and build and maintain and cascade procedures and policies;
- Prepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken;
- Spearheads in recruitment process and onboarding of the assigned Region;
- Facilitates employee activities and team building;
- Performs HR transactional activities including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping;
- Ensure proper documentation; report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures;
- Performs other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time from the team leader.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology or equivalent
- Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as an HR practitioner;
