Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the S-1 Directorate, Human Resources Office (HRO) of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII. Responsibilities You will provide advice and assistance on staffing, recruitment, and classification to supervisors and employees, including special pay incentives, position reviews and classification evaluations, and applicant selection and onboarding. You will oversee and manage effective recognition programs or provide technical advice and guidance to commands to ensure a command-level program is in place and awards are appropriately used to recognize and award eligible employees.
