HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Engagement
Science North, 100 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, Ontario (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $47,300 - $56,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Administer and drive recruitment needs/fulfillment across the whole organization, make recommendations on best practices for advertising, candidate searching
- Write, edit and adjust job postings for a variety of positions
- Maintain recruitment branding hubs and job boards
- Oversee employee engagement and administer recognition events, programs and platforms; support cross‑functional teams in development and execution of similar initiatives
- Work with the team to maximize employment grant cycles, application, implementation and reporting
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits and pension programs, respond to concerns and provide information and education
