This customer service-focused position supports the full employee lifecycle and serves as a key liaison between candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. The role helps shape the candidate’s first impression of IDEMIA and ensures operational excellence across HR processes.

- Maintain accurate and complete employment records in the core HR system, including personal details, job history, compensation, benefits, performance, and leave data.
