We're on the lookout for an early-career HR professional with 1-2 years of experience. You will help build an inclusive and scalable environment while facilitating core HR functions. Your task will include enhancing the employee experience and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Head of HR on key HR initiatives
• Support onboarding, performance, and offboarding processes
• Assist in recruitment tasks, including communication with candidates
• Facilitate new hire orientations for a smooth start
• Maintain HRIS updates and documentation accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
