Minimum Qualification

Any graduate, preferably with Masters in Labour Laws.
Minimum Experience
10-15 years of experience in handling payroll, statutory and labour compliance.
Special Skills/Attributes

Expert Knowledge in Compensation and Benefit Policies and Compensation Structuring
Knowledge of Income Tax
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances
Liaison skills (with local consultants / PF / ESIC Officials, various government departments, etc.)
