As a Human Resources Partner at AgeCare, you will work closely with site management to foster trust-based relationships and provide comprehensive HR Generalist support. Your expertise will cover performance management, coaching, and implementing HR strategies while ensuring compliance with Collective Agreements. Additionally, your presence on-site will facilitate HR inquiries from front-line staff and support leadership in utilizing key software like Workday and UKG.
