Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle processes for global employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary HR Shared Services (SSC) point of contact for employee inquiries, HR tickets, and day‑to‑day HR operational support.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Support payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, insurance management, and HR documentation across multiple regions.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics related to headcount, onboarding, attrition, organizational changes, and other HR metrics.
