Human Resources Officer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, HRCI)

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• Experience with a media network a big plus factor

Knowledge and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
