The jobholder will support the Human Resources and Facilities team being responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and workforce strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The role provides strategic advisory support to senior management across the full employee lifecycle, drives modern and data-driven HR practices, and oversees HR analytics, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to enhance organizational performance, governance, and employee experience.
