Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the personal records of the employees on matters of leaves
- Process incident reports/staff notices/suspensions with regards to employee’s attendance/conduct/behavior
- Preparing associated management reports, conducts coaching sessions with employee’s behavioral or attendance issues
- Provide advice and information to management/operations and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity
- Take part in enterprise bargaining talks and strategic management
- Address employees concern or requests with regards to their employment
- Involved in performance management working closely with senior management within the organization
- That may perform other tasks that will be assigned from time to time
