Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all human resources activities within the maquiladora. This role ensures compliance with Mexican labor laws, supports organizational goals, and fosters a safe, productive, and legally compliant work environment. The HR Manager oversees recruitment, labor relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Development and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Mexican labor legislation and company standards.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding and retention strategies for direct and indirect labor.
