The HR & Admin Manager leads the Human Resources and Administration function for the Vaughan, Ontario facility, building HR programs and office operations from the ground up as the plant ramps up. This role owns the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with Ontario employment and workplace safety legislation, supports a positive workplace culture, and oversees day-to-day office administration and EHS coordination for the site.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone comfortable building structure in a new operation, balancing strategic HR work with practical administrative oversight.
