About the Opportunity

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting and advancing the organization's people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role serves as both a strategic business partner and a hands‑on HR leader, collaborating with leaders across the business to build scalable people programs, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will provide guidance on employee relations, talent management, compensation, performance management, compliance, and HR best practices. This individual will also contribute to developing and mentoring junior HR team members while helping to foster an inclusive, high‑performing workplace culture.
