Job Summary
The HR Business Partner Manager will promote and develop employee potential, align human resources strategies with corporate goals, and foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies, standards, and procedures for human resources development.
- Ensure a healthy, conflict‑free work environment and identify potential work‑risk areas.
- Oversee compliance with all government, industry, and legal requirements (e.g., STPS, SEMARNAT, COA License, CT‑PAT, IATF 16949, NOM035, ISMS, ISO 14001‑2015).
- Monitor the preparation and compliance of training plans for hourly and salaried staff based on the training matrix.
- Approve and manage all legal documents (contracts, registrations, departures) in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
