I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
To manage and direct Human Resources Department which include Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Employee Relations, Training & Organizational Development, HR Policy Formulation, Compensation & Benefits Administration other employee related services. All its initiatives are in line with company philosophies and will contribute to the achievement of over-all company goals.
II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
1. Ensures that manpower vacancies are filled-up within 30 days for staff & supervisors and within 60 days for assistant managers and managers.
2. Creates a deep talent bank for manpower pooling by sourcing for qualified candidates thru HR network, job fairs, social network, free websites on recruitment, referrals etc.
3. Implements proper selection and screening of candidates.
