HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (PAVILION KL)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support our HR functions and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will support the General Manager, HR to oversee end-to-end HR operations—from Industrial Relations and payroll to talent acquisition and policy drafting—while championing employee engagement and data-driven reporting to shape a positive workplace culture.

This role is suitable for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a comprehensive role—spanning from Employee Relations and Payroll to Talent Acquisition and Policy Writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Relations & Compliance: Handle disciplinary processes end-to-end. Draft show-cause letters, and execute disciplinary actions in line with Company's policies and labour laws.
