**Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:
- Counsel employees and staff on employee relations issues/resolution.
- Manage employee files both paper and electronic, including entering data into HR, payroll and time and attendance systems timely to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Act as liaison between hiring managers and corporate recruiter to fill open salaried positions
- Works with hiring managers to recruit, hire and retain hourly staff
