- Act as the Lead HR Business partner supporting strategic, large‑scale projects, partnering with senior project, operational and functional leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, project milestones and delivery objectives
- Provide senior‑level HR leadership, coaching and advice to project leadership teams on complex people matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent deployment, employee engagement, performance management, change management and risk mitigation
