**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, translating business priorities into workforce plans that support growth, productivity, and engagement.
- Lead key HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance development, learning, succession planning, and retention.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on workplace matters, including policy interpretation, coaching, and issue resolution, with a focus on fairness, consistency, and respect.
- Support positive employee and labor relations, including collaboration with employee representatives where applicable, and help maintain constructive communication channels.
