Human Resources Manager

We are a fast-growing eCommerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees across office and factory teams. We are hiring a dedicated in-house HR professional to manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur .

Responsibilities

• Manage PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance .
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions .
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers.
• Maintain attendance and leave systems .
• Support and implement HR policies .
• Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities .
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.
