POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities: As the HR Manager you will need to have a good understanding of the labour law to cover the following functions: Compliance and employee relations Recruitment and talent acquisition including the onboarding and off boarding process Cultural initiatives Change management Employee recognition and incentive structures Desired Experience and Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a related field 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role Love for people Protective of culture Savy when it come to legal, compliance and admin Package and Remuneration R 600 000 t...
