1. ROLE PURPOSE
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the complete HR function of the TMC Group, ensuring full legal compliance, recruitment excellence, HR policy development, employee performance management, talent development, record keeping, and implementation of world-class HR systems.
The role ensures the organisation has the right people, strong HR governance, compliant policies, and high-performing teams across all business lines: ISO Consultancy, Training, Vocational Education, Inspection Services, and Administrative Operations.
