The HR Manager, Business Partnering serves as a strategic HR partner to assigned Functional Departments while leading a team of HR Business Partners. The role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives, delivering effective HR solutions, and driving workforce initiatives that support organizational performance. In addition, the role provides leadership on complex people matters and champions continuous improvement across HR processes and practices.
